While Noho2 Studio is working hard to present and facilitate the needs of creative professionals. The fact remains that there must be light, plumbing and rent paid to maintain operation. Please help us stay open. Thank you for your continued support.

Noho2 Studio is a place for meetings, photo shoots, film shoots, parties, screenings, acting classes and auditions for all my partners in the entertainment business.  The total space is 70′ long x 14′ wide x 12′ high.  The space available for projects is 45 feet long The restroom and my office take up the 25 feet back-stage.  I can provide an HD Projector for computer, DVD presentations (movie screenings) on the 9′ x 10′ sheet.  There is a unisex restroom and a private patio space.

On the outer edge of The Noho Arts District, we are close to the Burbank Media City Center, NBC, CBS, Warner Bros. Studios, Universal Studios, Magnolia Park, The Cape, Smart & Final, Fry’s Electronics and across the street from Mucho Mas.  Our next door neighbors are Palooka Pipes, Chad Sexton’s Drum City, A&M Printing, Sam Christensen, Skullr Records and Clear Lake Audio.

Some great places for food local to our studio are: Zato Thai, Dino’s Pizza, Portos, Sizzler, The Cape (Del Taco, Subway, Carl’s Jr. 24 hr Dine-in), Toms Burgers, Coral Cafe, Panda Express, Denny’s, Papas & Tacos, McDonald’s, Mucho Mas, El Pollo Loco, Paquito Mas, Popeye’s Chicken, Kentucky Fried Chicken and Handy’s Market (Texas Style BBQ, slow and low Saturday and Sunday only).

Studio booking rates vary from project to project.  Studio rental can include some lighting and backdrops. Film and video shoots require Noho2 staff credits for location and location supervision.
